It is mainly responsible for organizing such activities as labours/personnel exchange, occupation introduction and so on, in the NHZ; going through the related formalities of taking in and hiring the workers and staffs for the enterprises in the NHZ; administering in a unified mode the personnel archives, and the administration and salary relationship of the flowing personnel in the NHZ, etc..
