Business Scope:

1. Economic Affairs

(1) Notarial Surveys of Economic Contracts: Such notarial surveys as that of a construction engineering contract, that of the bidding and call for tenders, that of the purchase and sales contracts, that of a rent contract, that of a technology transfer contract, that of the real estates sales and buying contracts, that of the land-use right sales and transfer contracts, that of agreements for the contracting operation, combination, rent, and annexation of enterprises, that of agreements for the share ownership right transfer, and that of a contract of the loan on collateral security.
(2) Notarial surveys of such papers as the qualification certificate and capital credit certificate of the legal person, the regulations, the appointment letters, etc., and notarial surveys of the signatures and seals, etc..
(3) Notarial surveys of the secured evidences.
(4) Notarial surveys of pick-up and storage, that is, to pick up a sum of contract price money and the objects, and store them in the Notary Department; and then to pay after the contract conditions have been met.

2. Civil Affairs

(1) Notarial surveys of agreements for the settlement of demolishing and removing.
(2) Notarial surveys of agreements for the payment of price difference of the settlement of demolishing and removing.
(3) Notarial surveys of such activities as the bonus sales, and the appraisal-through-comparison competition
(4) Notarial surveys of the inheritance, donation and division of the family property; and notarial survey of a testament.
(5) Notarial surveys of an individual who will go abroad to visit the relatives, or to study, or to work, or to settle down, or to immigrate.

3. Granting the Creditor's Rights Papers with Effectiveness of Forcible Execution of the Case:

Holding the Notarial Certificate, the creditor can directly go to the court to apply for the forcible execution of the case, and no longer proceed with the lawsuit proceedings.

4. Other Law Affairs Relevant to the Notarization:

To assume a post of the notarization adviser all the year round; to keep the testament or other law papers, to ghostwrite the law papers, and to engage with law consultation
