Its office is located at Nanjing Scientific & Technological Incubator Service Center, and mainly admits the personnel who went aboard from China to study at public expense or at self expense and have got the degrees above bachelor; the visiting scholars and the personnel who have obtained the qualification to assume the medium-level or above-medium-level professional technical positions in China, and gone abroad to take a refresher course for over a year; the personnel who have got the permanent right of residence in the foreign country where they have studied, or who have got the reentry-to-China qualification; and other personnel who have studied aboard, being skillful in specialities, or are those urgently needed by the Municipality. The enterprises which have entered the Park, can enjoy, in addition to all preferential policies provided by the NHZ, such preferential policies as those of the management of personnel, the management of number of households and total population, the treatment of investments.
