Procedures for Acknowledgement of the New & High-Tech Enterprises

A state-owned company, or a sino-foreign joint-venture company, or a limited company, etc,. which has operated for more than a year with outstanding achievements, and owns its new & high-tech products which conform to the orientation of the State industrial development, can apply for the acknowledgement of the new & high-tech enterprise.

An enterprise, which intends to apply for the acknowledgement of the new & high-tech enterprise in the NHZ, should submit the application to the Administrative Commission of NHZ, and fill in the relevant forms, the corresponding documents and materials.

The materials to be provided by the applicant :

1) An Application Form for the Acknowledgement of the Jiangsu Provincial New & High-Tech Enterprise.
2) An Application Form for the Acknowledgement of the Jiangsu Provincial New & High-Tech Products.
3) An Application Form for the Acknowledgement of the Nanjing Municipal New & High-Tech Enterprise.
4) An Application Form for the Acknowledgement of the Nanjing Municipal New & High-Tech Products.
5) ASummary of Establishing the New & High-Tech Enterprise.
6) The Constitution of the Enterprise
7) The Certificate for Identification of the New & High-Tech Products and the evidences of the awarded prizes.
8) The duplicates of the Business License (Copy) of the enterprise.
9) A list of the staffs formally employed by the company.
10) The financial reports of the company.

The experts will execute the evaluations of the enterprise and its products.

The enterprise has been ratified as the New & High-Tech Enterprise and granted the Certificate by Jiangsu Provincial Commission of Science & Technology and Nanjing Municipal Commission of Science & Technology.
