Nanjing Municipal Industrial and Commercial Administration Bureau, NHZ Branch

It is responsible for registering, changing, and canceling the industrial and commercial enterprises ( including the foreign-invested enterprises and the Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan-invested enterprises), and the other public enterprises, social organizations and an individual citizen's enterprise, which are engaged with the production and business activities in the NHZ; for verifying and issuing the relevant certificates and license, and supervising and checking the registered behaviors of the enterprises; for guiding the enterprises in the NHZ to correctly use the registered trade marks, and protecting the ownership right of the registered trade marks; administrating the advertisement business and advertisement publicity activities of the enterprises in the NHZ; for administrating the economic contracts in the NHZ, investigating and dealing with accordingly the illegitimate actions conducted by using the economic contracts; administrating all kinds of markets in the NHZ; for supervising the production and business activities of the enterprises in the NHZ, investigating and dealing with accordingly the illegitimate economic actions, and attacking such illegal actions as the fabrication and selling of the faked, false, and poor-quality goods, the smuggle and traffic in illegal goods, the monopolization and illegitimate competitions; for carrying out the publicity and education of the industrial and commercial policies, laws and regulations for the enterprises in the NHZ.
